ENROLLMENT

Parents need to fill out and return registration and medical forms ( Medical  forms has to be signed by a physician) on the first day of care.  Childcare will be provided according to hours listed in the Parents/Provider agreement. We require a  One-month deposit (cash only) is required upon enrollment. Deposit is refundable with 2 month notice. Your deposit is forfeited with less than 2 month notice. Written notice is required for all refunds. All vacations, holidays, sick days and missed hours have to be paid in full. We don’t make refunds for missed time due to illness, vacations or days off, because the place is reserved for your child and cannot be filled for short time.

TUITION

Depends on the number of hours and days.
The minimum amount of   hours has to be 10 hours per week.
You will be charged $10 for every 15 minutes of care after 6 P.M.  Late fees are payable directly to caregiver at pick-up. You will be billed once a month. Payment must be done before 10th every month.

You will also be charge $30 for bounced checks and late payment.  If the check bounces twice you will have to pay cash only.

SCHEDULE

Monday  –   Friday 8:00 A.M.  – 6 P.M.
You may select from our part-time plans if space is available.

We will be closed on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,  Columbus Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We work till 4:00 P.M. at Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The fee stays the same.
